We are seeking an energetic, self-driven volunteer to establish, project manage and execute Farm Animal Rescue fundraising activities in the Brisbane South area.
The role involves:
– Recruiting, selecting and inducting new volunteers
– Identifying fundraising and fundraising opportunities, whether through events, online, collection tin, peer to peer or indirect fundraising methods
– Establishing a fundraising volunteer team
– Sending emails and social media posts
– Project management and event planning
– Establishment of business cases for involvement in fundraising opportunities
– Execution of events and fundraising activities, including the annual Walk for Farm Animals
– Managing the Event and volunteers ensuring the safety of volunteers and the public
– Measuring the success of various fundraising strategies
– Record event outcomes and report monthly to Management Committee
Pre-requisites:
– Ability to work autonomously while being able to take direction from committee
– Availability to attend all planned events
– Confidence in a leadership role
– Approachable and friendly to all
– Excellent time management & organisational skills
– Highly reliable
– Comfortable with email & social media
– Supportive of Farm Animal Rescue’s ideals
– Able to commit for a minimum of six months

– Experience in a management role
– Follows a vegan lifestyle
