Open Day & Tofurkey Sausage Sizzle
When: Saturday July 12, 2014 – 10:00am until 2:00pm.

Come to meet the animals you’ve read about and get a first hand update on the progress of our more established
residents. During this event you will also be able to enjoy our Tofurkey Sausage Sizzle, sponsored by the marvellous people at The Green Edge! The farm is open to visitors from 10am to 2pm, and the sausage sizzle available from 11 till 2.
Guests are only permitted into the pig and cattle paddocks if wearing fully enclosed shoes. We recommend long trousers, sun screen and a hat, as well as plenty of water.
Animals are free-ranging, children under 15 must be supervised at all times. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before beginning your tour.
A suggested $5 donation applies. Sponsors are free. A Tofurkey sausage with bread is $4. Please be aware that access to the cattle paddock is along a long steep roughly hewn path. Only those in excellent physical condition will be able to visit the cattle.
Donations of fresh fruit and vegetables for the animals are welcome. Favourites are apples, watermelons, bananas, grapes, pumpkins and carrots.
