Four rescued pigs
Thanks to your compassion and donations, four beautiful pigs, Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, and Sophia have arrived at the sanctuary ready to start a life of freedom and adventure. Aptly named after The Golden Girls, the 90's American sitcom featuring four mature women enjoying their golden years in each others' company, these four cheeky pigs will now enjoy their lives together at Farm Animal Rescue sanctuary.
We always need to be extremely careful when accepting new residents to the sanctuary, so they first need to be quarantined for a few weeks to ensure the health and safety of all the other residents. This also allows them to settle into sanctuary routine, and relax after the ordeal they have experienced. We look forward to sharing their lives with you.
