April is Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale month.
This is an international event that encourages animal advocates to organise a vegan bake sale in their neighbourhood, campus or workplace in supoort of a local sanctuary or animal rights organisation.
Once you have worked out your location and the cause you are going to support, you can log on to the Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale website and register your event alongside hundreds of others all over the world.
If you run your Bake Sale in support of Farm Animal Rescue, shoot us an email to media@farmanimalrescue.org.au and we will also include details of your sale on our website.
Vegan bake sales are a great way to advocate for animals in your community. By providing tasty vegan food in an environment of compassion for animals it is a great way to start the vegan conversation with friends and neighbours.
