Following a very dry Summer last year we went into this year’s dry season with very little pasture on the ground.
We have now been eight weeks without rain, and the sanctuary pasture is all but gone. With no pasture available for the ruminant herds, we are using store feed for 100% of the cattle, sheep and goats feed requirement.
We are asking our wonderful supporters to donate one day’s worth of feed for either the cattle, goats or sheep. You are able to specify the date that you want to donate the feed for and we will list you on this page and thank you on social media on that day for your support.
Feed donations vary by species:
- Cattle $80
- Goats $40
- Sheep $20
Please check the date that you would like to donate to feed the animals on here. If your date is available select the species that you want to feed and confirm your details.
Your name will appear on the website within 24 hours, and we will feature your donation on social media on your feed day.
